The other difficulty is the unpredictable mountain weather with sudden drops in temperature and the swarm of high winds. Hence, proper layering and staying flexible in the travel plan is crucial in case something uncertain is to happen to delay your trek. Moreover, being a wilderness trek far from reach, medical help is not easily accessible and trekkers should be well equipped with a first aid kit, medical supplies and travel insurance with evacuation coverage.
