Annapurna Base Camp is an adventure trek. You have to walk 5 to 6 hours a day on rugged, uneven terrain. It is important that trekkers understand this trek requires effort. The journey is not challenging, but effort is needed.

The Annapurna Base Camp trek route has fantastic trekking infrastructure. Still, there are limitations. Make sure you are mentally prepared to adjust to simple accommodations and foods.
