Few of my friends had good experience with Adventure Great Himalaya for their ABC trekking in Nepal. I am a lazy bug, got the email of Babu (owner of Adventure Great Himalaya) from my friend and asked for a quote from him. He replied to my emails promptly and provided very useful information for the trip.

We met Babu personally in Kathmandu and had dinner together with another group of Malaysia trekkers who went to EBC. Babu shared with us his 13 years trekking experience before he started his own business as trekking operator. He is honest and striving to provide quality trips to customers.

Went for ABC trek during 6-16 April 17. It was fantastic! Highly recommend if you want to go for trekking in Nepal or having any kind of traveling trip in Nepal. In April 2011, we have booked a tour package to Tibet and Nepal with Babu Karki from Adventure Great Himalaya. We have found his contact from Facebook after doing some random searching online for tour agents. It was a risk that we had to take when booking from a foreign agent from our country, Singapore. Fortunately, it turned out to be a reliable agent and the email exchanges were prompt and informative. Babu has even made phone calls from Nepal to Singapore just to clarify our enquires. Babu was patient to help us to customize an itinerary according to our needs, and he even quoted us a private tour for the overall trip at an affordable price. The cost of the tour package was way cheaper as compared to what the Singapore agents were offering.

We did an overland trip from Tibet to Nepal from 16 April to 3 May 2011. The tour service provided by our Tibetan tour guide (Kalsang) and driver (Choemphel) are greatly commendable, they are very hospitable and sincere, and provided us with more than enough information. I would recommend them to those who are intending to travel in Tibet. And also not forgetting, the porters and trekking guide, Raj, who led us during our Annapurna Poonhill Trek. He is a wonderful guy who kept motivating us to move on during the trek.

This is definitely the most enjoyable and unforgettable trip till date! Thanks to my travel companions and the good tour service that Adventure Great Himalaya has provided. I will be glad to do the Everest Base Camp and Annapurna Base Camp Trek if time allows, and will definitely look for Babu again!

I went to Nepal in December 2008 for trekking and to experience the great hospitality of Nepalese people, colorful culture and traditions as well as experience the simple living in mountain. My friend in Thailand recommended me to contact Babu, so I had trekked with him for 4 days to PoonHill. I was really satisfied with his service, he was friendly and helpful. I was also satisfied with his expertise in trekking guide and trekking arrangement. My trip was well-organized and fantastic; I really enjoyed my holidays there. Adventure Great Himalaya, headed by Babu Karki, had excellently organized our 14-day ABC trek. Our trek group of 7 members (from Malaysia), together with 2 guides and 4 porters, were well taken care off throughout this period. Food and toilet facilities along the trek was good. Our appreciation to our guides and hardworking porters who took great care to ensure that the trek went smoothly & safely. The scenery along the whole ABC trek was breathtakingly beautiful. Finally, despite the varied logistic challenges faced due to the interrupted fuel supply in Nepal during this period, Adventure Great Himalaya took great efforts to ensure our trek went smoothly within the budget agreed.
